Treating Depression using hypnosis / hypnotherapy is a highly specialised area of work and we are delighted with the results we've been getting over the last few years. The number of consultations varies but seems to be averaging out at 3 or 4 one-hour sessions. However, we have known it take 5 sessions in a couple of severe cases.

This is my (John Sellars) specialised field and I spent a long time researching the subject and developing treatments prior to testing and refining this in the field over a 2 year period. I am now delighted with the effectiveness and am prepared to train others in the same methodologies. We are now running the Depression Treatment Certificate course through our training School so that we
